3 Injured in military truck, motorbike crash

Two soldiers are said to have fled after they injured three people in a crash in Douala. The victims have been sent to a nearby health centre in the town, while the two offending soldiers have fled.

This unfortunate incident happened on Wednesday afternoon at a place called "Dernier poteau" in Douala. According to eyewitnesses, the two soldiers were aboard a truck travelling at top speed. The driver violently hit two people who were aboard a motorcycle before colliding with a taxi smashing its windscreen.

One of the passengers of the taxi was seriously wounded by the broken windows. The three wounded victims were immediately rushed to a health center in Douala as the military men fled the scene.
