300 young people trained in various trades in Yaounde

The Association, “Enfants, jeunes et avenir” (Asseja) gave them their support on 19 December at the end of the training in Yaounde.

The youth from the central region, the Eastern region, far north and the Northwest were trained for nine months in computer, automobile mechanics, carpentry, aesthetic, sewing, embroidery, catering etc. by the Association “Enfants, jeunes et avenir” (Asseja).

In total, 292 youths received their certificates on Friday in Yaounde together with various tools for their professional insertion like computers, sewing machines, hairdressing equipment, catering, carpentry, mechanical tools and sheet metal, etc.

On this occasion, Xavier Zingui Messomo, Secretary general of Asseja, indicated that this NGO forms and frames the youth for over 20 years. Before announcing that with the formation of the 292 young this year in their respective regions, Asseja has crossed 6000 Cameroonians out of unemployment.

In addition, he encouraged recipients to really take their destiny in hand not without appeal for the coalition of the efforts of all State and private structures, who work for mentoring young people in Cameroon.
