In a ceremony chaired by Prof. Okoh bode, Rector of the University of Yaoundé II, in the presence of Prof. Touna Mama, special adviser to the Prime Minister, head of Government, and several members of the diplomatic corps, 39 auditors from the formation program of economic policy management received their diplomas for "Master II in governance and economic development, option: management of economic policy.

The laureates who came from Burundi,the Central African Republic, Gabon, Rwanda and Chad have been equipped with concepts, methods and tools for the analysis and implementation of economic policies.

According to Pr Roger Tsafack Nanfosso, Director of the MCP program, these winners are perfectly equipped to contribute efficiently and effectively in finding solutions related to the concerns of our sub-regional environment faced with new challenges arising from the current global context marked by important changes in economic terms. Pr Oumarou Bouba, this new vintage arrived at point marked by the advent of economic partnership agreements, a blind and stateless terrorism, threat to the environment and the higher cost of life. For all these reasons, these new experts will have to use their skills and abilities to meet the expectations of their respective countries and institutions.

Aware of the many challenges looming on the horizon, Rodrigue Feujio Vouffo, principal of this promotion, think that good management of economic policy requires more objectivity. "We have as a mission to prepare our companies to better compete following the ratification of the EPA, clear all the issues and bring more objectivity in the decision-making", he says.
