Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ART) presented on Thursday in Yaounde, a new visual identity of the company. The agency now has a new logo that gives a rejuvenated identification for this department.
The Deputy Director General of the Agency, Aboubakar Zourmba, explained that this "modernization" is daughter of an institutional reform experienced by administrative public establishment, itself imposed by mutations in the telecommunications sector.
Created in 1998, ART has seen its organization and its redefined operation in April 2012, to take account of growth and the complexity of the sector it regulates.
The growth of the business and the significant decline in costs has not prevented consumers from demanding more in terms of quality of service and lower rates.
It has therefore taken the time to change and present itself to the public in a new light to be better perceived and judged.
