The Minister of Sports and Physical Education didn’t show up for the defense of the plenary adoption of the 2015 budget in his ministry.

Some members of the National Assembly wanted to take advantage of the plenary adoption of the 2015 budget to invite the Sports Minister to explain the disorder situation in the Cameroon Football Federation.

Honourable Luc Koa had completed reading for 2 hours, the voluminous report of the Finance Committee and the 2015 budget of the National Assembly when another MP, Hamadou Adji posed orally two questions to the Minister of Sports attention. "What can explain the cacophony within FECAFOOT?" And "Can the Minister of Sports say here if the texts of the Fécafoot violates the laws of the Republic?"

In the process, the Honourable Bapoh Lippot asked a third question: "Was the texts of FECAFOOT adopted in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Sports? What could explain the reversal of the government?"

Taking the floor, Cavayé Yéguié Djibril gave the floor to the Minister of Sports. That's when the audience realized that Adoum Garoua was not in the room. Even his own colleagues in the Government sought the eyes around them in vain. Big surprise, given that the entire government is generally present in the plenary of budget adoption. The concerns of members are unanswered.

The Minister of Sports, however, was last Thursday before the small circle of the Finance Committee and Budget defended the draft budget of his department, which then amounted to nearly FCFA 24 billion.

According to the explanation of the former Cameroonian international volleyball player, much of this amount will be used to rehabilitate and build sports facilities for the finals of Afcon 2016 and 2019 for women and men respectively.
