The Former President of the Supreme Court, Dipanda Mouelle, who is fondly known as a man who declared that “his hands were tied” while declaring the 1992 Presidential Election which the SDF National Chairman Fru Ndi claimed to have won, but he was forced to pronounce incumbent President Paul Biya as winner.

Dipanda Mouelle, is angry that he was sent away on forceful early retirement recently by the ministry of justice in connivance with the Presidency of the Republic, which to him is unfair.

The case file was lodged at the Yaoundé Administrative Court recently. He is therefore praying the Administrative Court to revert the decision sending him on early retirement at the age of 76, according to him.

It should be recalled that Daniel Mekobe Sonel replaced Alexis Dipanda Mouelle last December.
