Army seize 7m FCFA from captured Boko Haram fighters

The Cameroon military has announced that its servicemen seized the sum of 7 million Fcfa from 50 Boko Haram terrorists captured in the Pette locality deep down the Far North Region of the country.

The Cameroon army also revealed that they confiscated ammunitions and other military hardware from the captured Islamic fighters.

The merger of the army, the Rapid Intervention Force (BIR) and the Cameroon Gendarmerie has worked extremely well in Cameroon’s fight against Boko Haram.
