Nyong and Mfoumou North CPDM supporters remembered the achievements of President Biya.

The Cameroon People's Democratic Movement, CPDM, supporters of Nyong and Mfoumou North Section in Nyong and Mfoumou Division of the Centre Region, have expressed gratitude to President Paul Biya for his achievements in their area in 31 years of rule.

Speaking at two separate rallies at Kobdombo in Nyakokombo Subdivision and Ayos in Ayos Subdivision on November 6, 2013, the CPDM Central Committee representative to the anniversary celebrations, Hon. Roger Nkodo Dang, said by creating Nyakokombo Subdivision, President Biya, transformed its headquarters, Kobdombo, from a hamlet a few years ago to a growing modern town today. He cited other dividends such as the creation of a regional hospital annex in Ayos and the appointment of several senior State functionaries.

Similarly, Hon. Nkodo Dang, was earlier this week elected as one of the 12 Parliamentary Secretaries. He is also Deputy Speaker of the South-Africa-based Pan-African Parliament, a position for which he was proposed by President Paul Biya. In return, all of CPDM's two parliamentary candidates and those in the five local councils stood unopposed and thus won their seats in the September 30 polls.
