The Kingdom of Bahrain has condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist bombings that rocked the cities of Quetta in Pakistan, Jakarta in Indonesia and Kolofata in Cameroon, resulting in deaths and injuries.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers its sincere condolences and consolation to the relatives and families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to those who were injured in these terrorist crimes which target innocent people, in clear violation of human values, morals, principles, and divine religions,” the Ministry said in a statement.

“The Ministry stresses the necessity for a stronger international solidarity and closer cooperation among nations to maintain world peace and security. It also affirms its supportive stance towards these friendly countries and the efforts they are exerting to maintain their stability and security,” it explained.

The Ministry said it reiterates “the unflinching position of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which rejects terrorism under all its forms and manifestations and backs regional and international efforts aimed to root it out, dry out its sources of funding and eliminate its causes.”
