Boko Haram destroys village, kills 2

Some elements of the Nigerian Islamic sect Boko Haram infiltrated the village of Kangueleri killing two persons and burning down buildings.

Eyewitnesses say Boko Haram applied a kind of “scotch the earth policy” destroying even crops.

Cameroon Concord learnt that Boko Haram also burned down commercial vehicles serving the Kangueleri locality.

It is vital to include in this report that the village of Kangueleri is a strategic location with approximately 1000 inhabitants found on the national highway linking the Waza park and Mora in the Mayo-Sava Division.
