Boko Haram fires rockets at BIR installations

Heavy fighting has been reported to have ensued in Ldingding, Mayo- Tsanaga between Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) and Boko Haram terrorists who infiltrated the locality of Nigue.

Cameroon Concord has been told that our military is fully engaged in battles around Tourou heading towards Mokolo in the Far North Region.

Boko Haram fighters penetrated the Mayo-Tsanaga Division killing a 17 year-old boy and firing rockets at Cameroon military installations operated by the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) some 4 kilometres away from Nigue.
