Thu, 19 Sep 2013 Source: Cameroon Tribune

The CPDM is on song in the drive to turn doubting Thomases into believers in the Ako/Misaje constituency. In effect; development has become a reality in the neigbourhood with huge projects to disenclave and make the sun to shine on the land that has committed to stand by the government for progress.

Campaigns towards the September 30, twin elections kick-started with Ako/ Misaje campaign team leader, Dr. Fuh Calistus Gentry leading inhabitants to count the blessings of the CPDM government among which is the project to ensure that Misaje effectively emerges as a major road junction, linking Nkambe, Fonfuka in Boyo, Oku in Bui and neigbouring Nigeria.

That is the Message that Dr. Fuh Calistus Gentry is taking to Upper and Lower Kibo, Chunghe, Nkanchi, Misaje, Ako, Ndumbu etc. Among the lot, for the development of the area; Dr. Fuh Calistus sounds off that Yaounde has been brought to Ako/ Misaje with a beautiful council chambers to show in Misaje, streets, the creation of 11 secondary schools in the recent history of the area, an ultra modern Tele- centre and a project to tar the ugly spots on the Misaje- Lassin- Nkor- Oku- Bamenda road. The recent construction of the Sabongida bridge has increased the hopes of the people about prospects to open a road to link Misaje to Nigeria.

It is against this backdrop that Ako/ Misaje is being mobilized to consolidate their loyalty to the CPDM government by massively voting for the party's parliamentary and council candidates on September 30, 2013. This time around, the CPDM campaign team leader, Dr Fuh Calistus parades the God fearing, development oriented and illustrious son of Ako, Abe Michael as the man to vote for parliament and some illustrious sons and daughters of Ako/Misaje for CPDM councils. From the look of things, the marriage between Ako and Misaje is forever in their efforts to win and remain the bastion of the CPDM for development.
