CPDM central committee creates over 130 sections

Pending the convening of the electoral body of the party by the hierarchy, a body of evidence led to the conclusion that renewals of the organs of base operations are imminent.

According to sources, renewal of offices of the basis of this political body will soon appoint officials at the head of political units.

Awaited July 2012 - statutory deadline for completion of the placed teams in 2007, the party hierarchy had already opted, a few years ago for a flat in the internal political agenda for un-clarified reasons.

This calendar could know a new report, given the worrying security situation marked by the Boko Haram phenomenon, and probably with the announced arrival of parliamentarians from the Commonwealth in Cameroonian territory, from 02 to 07 October.

However, many signs from the central Committee suggest that profound changes will precede the renewal process, including the establishment of 133 new sections, thus joining 227 existing units.

Overall, renewal of the organs of base operations concerns the offices of cells, base committees, subsections and sections. In principle, the circular of national president will set the organizational modalities of these different ballots. Thus, all of the operations is placed under the supervision of a Central Commission, based at the headquarters of the party and placed under the authority of the Secretary General of the central Committee.

And on the ground, the conduct of electoral operations is ensured by departmental Commissions coordination, communal committees and local committees. The party intends to be updated, giving the men and women for its animation from the perspective of the next elections.

At this stage, only the final version of the texts to frame these renewals signed by the national president is expected. It was from this version that applicants will know how the party is going to go between the nominations and the primaries, even if for many observers, the option of nominations made inroads.
