Cameroonian bloggers bash Boko Haram on social media

Cameroon's blogging community is committed to the war against the terrorists of the Islamist sect Boko Haram, which has been carrying out repeated incursions in Cameroon.

Bloggers have chosen to fight on the front lines of the internet by launching a campaign on Twitter and Facebook in order to mobilise the public against the terrorist sect.

The campaign is symbolised by the hashtag #StopBokoHaram. The aim is to support the soldiers fighting on the front lines, as well as the people of the Extreme-North region where Boko Haram has been launching attacks.

The bloggers also designed a visual aid using the colours of Cameroon for the campaign.
