Scientific Research Minister receives honorary title

The Minister of Scientific Research and Innovation Madelein Tchuente is now an honorary member of the Cameroon Academy of Sciences.

The title was officially conferred on her this Thursday 14th April 2016 during a ceremony at the conference hall of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation.

The Minister Madeleine Tcuente is first to be admitted as honorary member of the institution, based on her contribution to the development of scientific Research in Cameroon.

The Cameroon Academy of Sciences was created in the early 90s to promote excellence in science and technology and provide results to policy makers.
