Civic Service Agency Gets New Executive

Mr. Taossi is the new General Manager of the National Civic Service Agency for Participation in Development (NCSAPD). He replaces his Oswald Ayuketah Tambe who was the pioneer General Manager of the agency.

Mr. Taossi will be assisted by Esua John Enow. The two were appointed by presidential decree N° 2013/426 of November 28, 2013 and will be commissioned into their new functions today in Yaounde by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, Bidoung Mkpatt.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Taossi was the Assistant General Manager of the NCSAPD. Born on July 4, 1965 in Kaélé in the Mayo-Kani Division of the Far North Region of Cameroon, Mr Taossi has a sound educational background and wide professional experience. A Certified Instructor of Physical and Sports Education, Mr Taossi joined the administration in 1992. He occupied several posts of responsibility before he was appointed Assistant General Manager of The NCSAPD in March 2012 and General Manager on November 28, 2013.

On his part, Esua John Enow, has been a senior Youth and Action Counsellor since 1998. He was born on October 3, 1968 at Mbanga Mpongo, Upper Banyang, Manyu Division in the South West Region. Before his appointment, he was in charge of special duties (Attaché de Direction) at the head office of the NCSAPD in Yaounde. He has equally occupied several posts of responsibilities in the administration.

He won the 1998 Senior Youth and Action Counselling Diploma Award. Out of his professional career, Esua John Enow is also involved in community and voluntary Christian service and is the founder of Christian World Common Initiative Group that supports the underprivileged people through sharing Christian values. He is also a member of the International Community Voluntary Service. Furthermore, he is the founder, General Overseer and Pastor of Clinic of Healing Pentecostal Ministries International Cameroon.
