With all its members present, the board will effectively carry out the mission stated in Section 10 (1) of the Electoral Code, "The Electoral Board shall ensure the compliance with the electoral law by all stakeholders for the purpose of guaranteeing regular, impartial, free, fair, transparent and credible polls."

In the remaining stages of the September 30 polls, the board will have to ensure the timely publication and notification of the list of members of local polling commissions to the appropriate persons specified in the electoral law, notably representatives of lists of candidates or candidates.
