Defense forces record casualties in Boko Haram clash

On Monday, news from the front of Cameroon defense forces recorded some unfortunates losses on the side of the army. While Government has not finished balances on the clash in some localities in the far north region from Friday 26th to Sunday December 28, 2014 between the Cameroonian military and Boko Haram militants; there has been some new developments in the Cameroon camp.

According to sources, four soldiers were killed and two others were injured in the space of less than 48 hours.

"A vehicle of the BIR (rapid intervention battalion) stepped on an improvised explosive device that day (around 1 pm) on the Amchide-Kolofata road. Two soldiers were died on the spot leaving two others injured.

Reports from yesterday has revealed that, on the dangerous Waza and Double stretch, two soldiers of the 41st BIM based in Kousseri to Mora were also killed in an ambush.
