Disabled man dupes a waitress

A waitress at a snack bar restaurant Deido plage, Solange D was recently duped by a disabled person while returning from work.

Usually stationed at the exit of the bar in his wheelchair, the man stopped the young woman after she closed from work at the snack bar, around 7 pm. he asks for help to mount a motorcycle which Solange D. agreed to help with.

The man took advantage of the opportunity to sell to her a Smartphone which according to him had more than a dozen applications for only 40 000F.

Solange realized some few minutes after the departure of the 'vendor', that only the backlight of the phone could come on, the phone could not start, and it housed an old battery that does not even match the device. The waitress broke down crying on the street, relating her misfortune to passers-by.
