Minister of land Affairs refused to execute the plan of allocation of the offices at the building called "Emergence" as decided by the Presidency of the Republic.

The Ministerial building n°1, formerly known as "The building of death", is definitely not finished to spread its glory as it is at the center of a controversy.

Long abandoned at the mercy of thugs and other hemp smokers, the National Social Insurance Fund (CNPS), decided to redo the building.

The State is trying to compel the Director-general of CNPS, Alain Noël Mekulu Mvondo to surrender the whole building; promising reimbursement of the sums invested for the rehabilitation, in a phased period of three years.

Days after the agreement signed by Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, the Secretary general of the Presidency of the Republic on the Division of offices, the Minister Jacqueline Koung à Bessiké, maintains the vagueness and mystery.

In addition to keeping the keys, the information remains under embargo, in the secret of his cabinet and the direction of the heritage of the State.

"I'm not allowed to dwell on the subject. The formalization of the distribution of offices rests exclusively with the Minister. After a series of appointments, long hours of waiting at the secretariat of the head of State (located on the 2nd floor of the Ministerial building n ° 2), on the pretext that the head of the meeting is absent, she still retained information."

Information from some sources says the State revealed 101 offices for the Department of housing and urban development, 70 for the Ministry of public works, 40 for the Presidency of the Republic, 02 for the Department of Jacqueline Koung Bessike.

Confined in a State of advanced dilapidation, afflicted by the promiscuity in alarming unsanitary conditions; many departments that are unfit enclaves, wanted to immigrate to the paradise that is emerging.

According to some sources, the lion's share of the offices assigned to the Minister Jean Claude Mbwentchou of housing and urban development, is the function of his lobbying at the Presidency of the Republic.

Better yet, the Minister of housing and urban development is listed on the Presidency of the Republic, for good results achieved by his Ministry.
