E.M.I.A. entrance exam starts Feb. 2015

Young Cameroonians interested in starting a career in the Defence Forces are informed of an entrance exam to E.M.I.A. which will be held on 14 and 15 February 2015 in Yaounde.

Below in the sectors are the terms and conditions for application:

I - CANDIDATS AU TRONC ' A': (Direct recruitment of licensed civilians from the Bachelor + 1)

Number of places: 80 Conditions of application: -Cameroonian by nationality; -18 years old at least on 1 January 2014 (being born before the 02 January 1996) and 23 years on December 31, 2014 (being born after December 30, 1991); -Bachelor with GCE A/L 03 subjects except religion or an equivalent diploma and justify one year of higher education; -Single without dependent children; -Enjoyment of civil rights; -Be of good character; -Be in good health;

II - CANDIDATS AU TRONC « B1»: (Joint, personal recruitment sub - incumbent officers of the Bachelor)

Number of places: 20 Conditions of application: -Cameroonian by nationality; -Be aged 30 on December 31, 2014 (being born after the 30 December 1984); -Be a Bachelor all series or of a GCE A/L in three subjects; except religion or an equivalent diploma -Be in good health; -Total 05 years of minimum service;

IV - CANDIDATS AU TRONC « C »: (Direct recruitment of civilian graduates of higher education) Number of places: 75 Conditions of application: -Be of Cameroonian nationality; -Being 26 years old at most, December 31, 2014 (being born after the 30 Decembre1988); -Being a holder of a diploma of engineer of work in one of the specialties here after: computer science, civil engineering, electronics, Telecommunications or Holder of a diploma of higher education in one of the following sectors: law, economics, management, psychology, mathematics, Natural Sciences and diplomacy;

-Enjoyment of his civil rights; -Be in good health; -Being of good character. V - CANDIDATS AU TRONC «D (b) » (Recruitment of the general practitioners and specialists)

Number of places: Practitioners: 10 specialists: 05 Conditions of application: -Be of Cameroonian nationality; -Be aged 30 years on December 31, 2014 (being born after December 30, 1984) for general practitioners, pharmacists, dentists, veterinarians; -Be aged 35 at least on December 31, 2014 (being born after December 30, 1979) for medical specialists; -Being holder of a certificate in one of the specialties of medicine useful to the Army (for specialists); -Enjoyment of his civil rights; -Be of good character; -Be in good health. Composition of the file --01 certified copy of birth dating from less than 3 months; -01 certified copy of diploma (for general practitioners);

-01 certified copy of the diploma and 01 certificate of specialty (for specialists);

-01 attestation of presentation of the original of the diploma;

-01 certificate of nationality issued by a magistrate;
