The unsuccessful presidential candidate in 2011 is more determined than ever to emerge.
After the presidential elections in 2011 where she was candidate, Edith Kahbang Walla bounces back on the political scene, in view of obtaining seats for the forthcoming twin elections.
But this time around, the national president of the Cameroon People's Party (CPP) gathered her loins tighter in order to achieve better results. This is through the creation of a platform with three other political parties, working towards the same objective.
The CPP vies for municipal seats in Douala, Nkondjock (Littoral Region), Bafoussam (West Region) and Maga in the Far North Region; while the legislative hopes are in favour of the main leader of the coalition for the Wouri West, East and South constituencies.
Edith Kahbang Walla's main target is the youth population for whom she advocates employment and education. In the party's slogan "let's sweep Cameroon of all vices," the political activist is setting ground works for the eventual transformation of her country.
