Equinox radio is the most listened radio in Douala - Survey

According to the main findings from a survey conducted in the third quarter of the year 2014 in the economic capital, Equinox emerged as the most listened to Radio station in Douala.

This survey was conducted from July 1 to September 30, 2014 by Djobey consulting corporation, which presents itself as a 'cabinet of expertise in management, training, business, advice, specialised in various areas related to the development of international skills in business services'. The antenna which occupies the frequency 93 Mhz on the Fm band in the economic capital of Cameroon, is first with 16% of the vote.

Equinox has been ahead of Radio France International (Rfi), French international radio in Douala since September 26, 2014 when it was ranked second with 14% of votes while ELL'Fm is third in the standings.

The antenna dedicated to women Roundup gathered 11% of votes. Radio Balafon, the national post of Crtv, Sweet Fm, Radio sport info, Radio Nostalgie and Rtm are other classified antennas.

Unclassified radios share 12% of the remaining votes. Djobey consulting corporation pollsters questioned 540 people aged 18 to 70 years.
