FBI trains Cameroon Police, Gendarmes

Seventeen Cameroonian Police and Gendarmes participated in an FBI Post Blast Investigation course held in Yaounde from 7-10 July.

Two bomb technicians, in collaboration with the Regional Security Office, trained participants on how to secure and process a bomb explosion scene and identify the different bomb elements and components that may be found.

Additional presentations were given from 2-11 July on improvised explosive device awareness to Embassy security personnel, local Police and Gendarmes, and Airport Police.
