The Agency wanted this war Lord to answer for his actions before the Central African justice or the International Criminal Court.
International Federation of leagues of human rights (FIDH) issued a note on 08 December to express its displeasure on the liberation of the Central African Republic General, Abdoulaye Miskine in exchange of 26 hostages including 15 hostages of Cameroonian nationality, 10 Central African hostages and a Polish priest, Mateusz Dziedzic.
"The release of Abdoulaye Miskine and his welcome in his home in Brazzaville demonstrate how impunity in Central African Republic is tolerated. Both for the crimes committed in 2013 for those perpetrated since 2002, Abdoulaye Miskine should answer for his actions before national or international justice" said Mr. Patrick Baudouin, Honorary Chairman and head of the Group of judiciary Action of FIDH.
