CPDM militants of the Fako III Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM), have been called upon to register for the forth coming elections.

The message cut across all speeches which were presented during the anniversary ceremony on 6 November marking President Biya's 30 years at the helm of state. The militants, who converged at the Youth and Animation Centre Buea, were urged to register massively to give the party a clear victory.

The president of the Fako III sub- section, Charles Mbella Moki, promised to move from door- to- door to take out the militants to register. The president added that if God had not been on our side, Cameroon would not have had a president for 30 years without upheavals. He said the country promises prosperity for posterity.

Mbella Moki mentioned the demolition of drinking spots in Buea which, he said, is to make Buea have a befitting image.

The representative of the Central Committee Hon. Emilia Lifaka Monjowa said peace in Cameroon should not be taken for granted and the president should be appreciated for this. She said her mission to Fako III is to encourage the militants to do the biometric registration. She urged the militants to vote for the man who has created schools, health centres, among others. Hon. Lifaka presented the message from the Secretary General of the CPDM Central Committee which also encouraged the militants to register for the elections.
