Fighting Boko Haram: Algeria pledges support

The Algerian Ambassador to Cameroon, H.E Merzak Bedjaoui has expressed his country’s readiness to support Cameroon in the fight against the terrorist sect, Boko Haram.

The Algerian Ambassador made this commitment during an audience granted him by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon Cavaye Yeguie Djibril.

During the audience, Ambassador Merzak Bedjaoui hailed Cameroon and the international community for their full engagement in the fight against terrorism in the continent.

H.E. Merzak Bedjaoui was appointed as Algerian Ambassador to Cameroon in November 2014. He replaced H.E. Toufik Milat, who had come to the end of his diplomatic mission in in the country.
