Fire burns Jean Nkuete’s house

Fire broke out last night at the residence of the Secretary General of the CPDM located in Omnisports neighborhood.

Waiting to determine the exact cause of the incident, some witnesses blamed the electricity short track circuit for the fire.

“There might have been a problem with the electrical system of the home of Jean Nkuete, for now, we cannot estimate the damage caused by the fire” says fire men.

It was around 9 pm yesterday that the flames began to burn the house.

People tried to control the fire but their efforts failed to control the situation because their methods were unsavory.

It was the firefighters that arrived hastily on the scene, who finally save Nkuete’s house of the wrath of the fire.

This is not the first time that the house of a senior official of the Republic faces a fire. Sometime past it was the ministries and private apartments that often burn.

Fires always dominate discussions as Cameroonians believe there are criminal motives behind them.

An investigation has been launched to find out what really happened at Jean Nkuete’s house.
