Housing and population census to be organised

The head of state, H.E. Paul Biya has announced a National Housing and Population Census in the coming days.

The information is contained in a Presidential Decree signed on Tuesday September 15, 2015.

This census will be the fourth national census and will serve in providing a database for economic planning in the country. The last census was organised on November 11, 2005.

Some Cameroonians are happy with the head of state’s initiative, saying it is timely and essential.
