Issa Tchiroma Bakary Minister of Communications, spokesperson of the Government relayed the information that the official website of the Presidency of the Republic was hacked

This claim to many is deemed an absurd, incomprehensible and unexpected phenomenon because everybody tends to think that the website of the Presidency of the Republic enjoyed absolute protection.

As a result, the situation where a hacker was able to infiltrate this site and plant this grotesque image therefore, certify that there is no absolute protection. First of all, there is a lesson to be learnt from this situation.

Those responsible for that host site of the Presidency of the Republic must step up their security systems. This site is very important. Its importance is measured by its vulnerability.

If hackers managed to penetrate other sites it may appear less serious, but for the website of the Presidency of the Republic, it is difficult to explain, but understandable, since there is no absolute protection everywhere.

Opponents, critics of the regime are still on the prowl and ready to find the slightest fault to be detrimental to the market of the Nation in General.

According to him, the Government, under the leadership of the head of State, is conducting a front war against the situation. I mentioned this because the nation today is behind the head of State and his army, there is a sacred union.

These people who have the tendency to go against this principle just to entertain Cameroonians, fortunately, are in the minority. These are enemies of the Nation.

First, it must be said that this grotesque image hurts. The Presidency of the Republic is fully aware of the damage that this image has caused. I was surprised because the press was at the departure of the head of State.

The press knows that this tribute ceremony was presided over by the Minister of defence on behalf of the president. The Presidency of the Republic is fully aware of the urgent need to protect the site, he said an investigation has been opened on this matter.
