Journalists to pay 2,500 CFA to cover Foning's funeral

The western regional delegate of communication Simon Ekolle Penda has required journalists to pay 2,500 CFA Franc as accreditation fee to cover the funeral of Francoise Foning.

In the radio-release, he recently published, he asked journalists who wished to cover the ceremony in the Western region to pay the sum of 2,500 Cfa francs, 1,500 francs for the confection of the badge and 1,000 francs for the stamp that must be affixed to the application for certification.

The advantage for media men who have this badge is that they will not be "mixed in the crowd", explained Simon Ekollè Penda.
