Lead Missions International visit Cameroon

A US based International non-governmental Organization known as Lead Missions is presently in Cameroon for a sensitization program on servant Leadership.

The program which is being headed by the NGO’s founding President Cameroonian born, Dr. Madison Ngafeeson is targeting leaders worldwide from all ages in both Christian and circular institutions.

The organization has as objectives to sell out the principles of servant leadership so to empower the community spiritually, economically and to elevate the overall quality of life in the nations and communities.

Through their nationwide seminars, organzed one week ago in Cameroon, they have encouraged hundreds of Cameroonian leaders to rediscover the purpose of leadership, nurture potential and deploy their God-given influence in the transformation of their communities and nation.

The organization is also out to prepare business leaders for extraordinary impact in the market place; Assist in building a culture that encourages productivity, effectiveness and efficiency, geared towards the Government's emmergence vision by 2035.

Since its creation a couple of years ago, the organization has visited close to 24 countries.

The organization's executives say there is hope for more positive change in the future as they continue to partner with the government, private organizations, individuals, churches and other institutions to reinforce the act of servant leadership.

Their main objective is to reach out to Nations, raise Leaders, and realize change.
