Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh announced Thursday the opening of a judicial inquiry into the death of JSK football club's player, Cameroonian Albert Ebosse, on the order of the public prosecutor's office, which has accomplished the preliminary investigations into the case.
In reply to a question on the Cameroonian player's case, on the sidelines of a plenary session at the People's National Assembly (Lower House), the minister said "the preliminary investigations, ordered by the public prosecutor, have been accomplished and a judiciary inquiry will now be opened."
The examining magistrate "will set up an inquiry against every individual suspected in the crime or any other person guilty of dereliction of duty," the minister stressed.
