Two laptops, 2 professional cameras, two amplifiers, are among other objects that have disappeared from the sound store of MINAC.

Officials of the Ministry of Arts and Culture have accused Ama Tutu Muna, former MINAC since the government reshuffle of October 2, 2015, left the field open to “persons of dubious morality” who are not agents of MINAC.

According to these sources, some props from “the important musical equipment purchased with nearly 2 billion FCFA” were nowhere to be found.

Since the arrival of Narcissus Mouelle Kombi as the new head of the Ministry of Arts and Culture, observers noted, “some verifications were performed almost every day on the liabilities of the former administration."

According to the newspaper, agents of MINAC who requested anonymity, stated that "the sophisticated equipment were left carelessly in the store by a sound technician, who is not an agent of MINAC."

Also, the former MINAC had apparently not ensured that the equipment going out of the Ministry was returned intact and in good condition.

The newspaper reported the disappearance of a 40-metre long multicore, 2 laptops, 2 professional cameras, two bass amplifiers and battery microphones kit.

Some sources claim they saw the equipment at the funeral of Joe Mboule, but it has not yet been verified.
