External Relations Minister Pierre Moukoko Mbonjo has received in audience the ambassadors of Brazil, Germany and Japan representing the G4 Group.
The audience on Thursday 15th January 2015 was medium for the diplomats to discuss the United Nations’ Security Council reforms ahead of the UN’s 70th anniversary this 2015.
Ambassadors Nei Futuro Bittencourt, Klaus Ludwig Keffrstein and Tsutomu Arai of Brazil, Germany and Japan respectively, presented a document containing proposals on the UN Security Council reforms to the Minister.
The Brazilian Ambassador explained that the document contains the G4’s position which they will make known to African countries during the African Union summit to take place in the days ahead in Addis Abeba.
The diplomats say the document will enable the combination of several new ideas.
