MINSANTE receives users’ guide from MINFOPRA

The Minister of Public Health, Andre Mama Fouda has received a users’ guide on administrative procedures for his ministry from the Ministry of Public Service, Michel Ange Angouing.

Minister Andre Mama Fouda received the document this 1st September 2015.

MINSANTE’s users’ guide is a 160-page document with directives on how users could access useful information.

Thanks to the guide, the procedures and stages for the treatment of documents will no longer be a mystery to users and staff of the Ministry of Public Health.

The users’ guide was elaborated by MINFOPRA to ensure quality services and guard against administrative blockages in the acquisition of services.

At the moment, 21 Ministries are in possession of users’ guides from MINFOPRA. The innovation is amongst efforts to modernise practices in the public service.
