Having past measures of prohibition of operation against them, they are accused of operating. They are presently in the cells of the Regional Division of the Judicial Police for the Littoral at Bonanjo.

Managers from La Vigne and Collège Polyvalent la Prévoyance were arrested in the wake of an unintended lowering of the Regional Delegate for secondary lessons for the Littoral on the ground to reassure the respect of the prohibition of opening glued to these illegal colleges last August 14.

The institutions cited have not complied with measures from the boss at the ministry of secondary education in the Littoral by re-opening together with other schools for this academic year.

After having released the seal, the officials of the establishment, College La Vigne renamed the school to bear the name "Collège la Persévérance Saint Exupery" to operate while those of Collège Polyvalent la Prévoyance, despite that the seals exhibited classrooms crowded with students during the visit of the delegate.

"Since September 8, we are vigilant to reassure that the closed schools have not opened because there are some who have had the audacity to open", explains Emile Yomkil.
