Strengthening the capacities of youth is to better plan their lives for the future is a major preoccupation for SOS Village Cameroon.
A four-day forum on youth empowerment ended in Mbalmayo in the Centre Region on Friday September 5, 2014. Speaking at occasion, the Representative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, Naisair Nguend said government policy in the empowerment of youths is aimed at facilitating the socio-professional and economic integration of youths.
The workshop which was in its first edition aimed at empowering the youths with leadership skills and sensitising stakeholders in youth education on their role in preparing them for their socio-economic integration and contribution in the development of the nation.
