The Minister of trade, has become the subject of slanderous accusations with the contribution of a certain press update.

A headline article on a paper stated, 'complicity, funding of the opposition: a report that overwhelms the Mincommerce. In the subtitle, Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana is accused, "in a confidential note", by a 'framework' of the CPDM ruling party.

A certain Josué Pamansie, who we learned, is the Vice President of the municipal commission of the CPDM Foumbot and statutory member of the robusta coffee Agency for Africa and Madagascar recounted how the Trade Minister "made available to the Honourable Patricia Ndam Njoya, the wife of the president of the Udc, a Fund of 2 billion CFA francs, through the Executive Secretary of the inter-professional Council of cocoa and coffee.

There is however nowhere in the paper where we see, when, and how, Mr. Mbarga Atangana had depraved discussions with the Executive of the Democratic Union of Cameroon. And it also does not indicate the slightest diversion of funds, to the tune of 2 billion francs that Min commerce would have made to the deputy Patricia Ndam Njoya and his spouse and leader of the party, Adamou Ndam Njoya.

It could only be read from the report that the author wishes that Biya demands an explanation "from the Minister of trade on the role played by the Executive Secretary of the inter-professional Council of cocoa and coffee in the Organization and conduct of the 2nd General Assembly of the Acram held on 30 and 31 January 2013 in Libreville; Gabon”.

The write up also did not indicate anywhere, the slightest interference or intervention by the public authorities in the functioning of this organization, especially of the Commerce Department.

How then, did Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana find himself as the manager of an independent association and, worse, to be granting billions to" the opposition?
