Based on the knowledge that Information Technology (IT) tools are very efficient way to manage enterprises within the context of the globalised world, Master Performance Solutions is one of several companies that are finding their way into the country. The Chamber of Commerce in Douala on June 6, 2013, venue for a protocol accord between Africa Opportunity and Master Performance. The objective was to encourage the use of the Performance Solutions, which are IT tools in use across American and European companies, to improve management and lessen cost.
Paul Batasi, General Manager of Africa Opportunity, signed on behalf his Douala-based firm while Hurbert Bachelard, Associated Consultant of Master Performance, reached on the accord for his Lyon-France company. According to the agreement, Africa Opportunity will ensure installation of the new IT tools in the country. Beneficiary structures include banks among enterprises.
A workshop on the use and advantages of the latest tools proceeded after the signing ceremony under the theme: "Diagnostic trade performance". It prepared trainers in every aspect of the training process. Participants engaged in discussions and interactive activities in order to understand and then master the core competencies and skills required for training excellence. The France-based IT company's approach took participants through training delivery from preparation, to presentation, communication, facilitation, and evaluation.
