The Buea-based National School of Penitentiary Administration, ENAP, has been tasked to come up with new training modules on investigations for inclusion in the school's curriculum. The recommendations were recently in Buea during the 26th Ordinary Board Meeting chaired by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Justice in charge of Penitentiary Administration, Dooh Jerome Penbaga.

Dooh Jerome said the meeting was to assess the level of implementation of recommendations from the last session and chart the way forward. He noted with satisfaction that implementation stood at 90 per cent, congratulating officials for efforts to ensure the smooth running of the institution. The Secretary of State also challenged the school to come up with new training modules to help meet the challenges of tackling insecurity in the country.

The Director of ENAP, Fonkem Immaculate, thanked Board members for their commitment to the welfare of the institution and announced that the school now has an enrolment of 762. She added that measures were taken to accommodate students and ensure that they study in a conducive environment.
