Nguini Effa's case postponed

There has still not been a verdict in the case of the public ministry, the State of Cameroon and the Company of oil terminal of Cameroon (SCDP) with Jean Baptiste Nguini Effa, Jean Onana Adzi and Jean Atangana.

Still in line with the diversion of public funds, the former general manager of SCDP and his co-defendants are not sure of their fate.

The judges have decided to push forward the deliberation to September 2, whereas the decision was to be on September 22.

But the president of the collegial structure announced that deliberations has been extended to 6 October.
