Njinikom Councillors adopts 2014 administrative account

The Councillors of Njinikom Council in Boyo Division of the Northwest have unanimously adopted the 2014 Administrative account of 172 million of Mayor Terence Chah Bam, during a council session at the Town Hall Njinikom on Wednesday April 15, 2015.

Boyo SDO represented by the D.O for Njinkom, Bontang Justin promised closer collaboration with the council to ensure it continues to meet its target of developing the municipality. He called on the councilors to continue to work hard and support the mayor in his drive to transform Njinikom into a modern town.

The session was highlighted by the award and crowning of the council by the Watch Dog newspaper as the 3rd best council of 34 in the region in the provision of public service.

Dotta Ezekiel, publisher of the paper told the councilors that the “award of excellence” was in recognition of the great work they have been doing to render prompt basic services to the population by being available, attentive and proactive to their worries and in developing with community in mind.
