Ambassador of Italy and that of Algeria ended their stay in Cameroon with Cavaye Yeguie Djibril last Friday.

"It was my first visit to the president of the National Assembly since my arrival in Cameroon in July," said the Italian diplomat at the end of the thirty minutes exchange.
On the content of his exchanges with the PAN, H.E. Samuela Isopi indicated they discussed on bilateral cooperation, in particular in terms of inter-parliamentary exchanges. The Ambassador of Italy, who was to meet members of the friendship between the National Assembly of Cameroon and the Italian Parliament group some time after this interview, welcomed the presence of many religions in Cameroon, but also noted the commitment of Italy with its new host country important projects that are being developed.
Cavaye Yeguie Djibril also received H.E. Thang Milat, Ambassador of Algeria and Dean of the diplomatic corps accredited to Cameroon. He therefore wished to bid farewell to the president of the National Assembly and above inform the people of his gratitude for all the attention he was accorded during the past five years at the head of the diplomatic mission of his country in Yaoundé.
"Between our two countries, we have a tradition of cooperation on a bilateral level. I can inform you that the will of the parliamentary institutions is to develop a new cooperation. The national people's Assembly of Algeria has set up a parliamentary Committee of friendship Algeria-Cameroon. The president of the National Assembly informed me that the Cameroonian side, the counterpart of this Committee of friendship is installed," he said.
