Prime Minister, Head of Government, Philemon Yang has granted audience to the Vice Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea, Clement Engonga Nguema Onguene.
The Equato Guinean Vice PM was bearer of a sealed message from his President Theodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo to Cameroon's Head of State, President Paul Biya.
PM Philemon Yang received the message on behalf of President Paul Biya. At the end of the audience, Vice PM Clement Engonga Nguema Onguene mentioned that his visit to Cameroon also centred on discussing security threats at the borders and how to completely eliminate them.
Concerning the preparedness of Equatorial Guinea to host the African Cup of Nations scheduled for 17th January to 8th February 2015, the Vice PM said his country is set. He however called on countries in the Central African sub region to cooperate ahead of the event.
