People living with disabilities are not happy. They want the 2010 law on the promotion and protection of the rights of disabled persons to be applied. Since it was promulgated five years ago, handicapped persons are still seeking inclusion. During the celebration of the 24th International Day for Handicapped Persons, they submitted their grievances to the Senior Divisional Officer for Wouri for forwarding to Yaounde. They however expressed joy that their children have been enjoying free education since 2010.
