Police officer escapes death during traffic control

A female police officer nearly got killed on the evening of Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Carrefour Tonnerre at the Bépanda neighbourhood in Douala.

The uniformed lady wanted to intercept a stolen car when the driver drove straight towards her. The driver drove on the sidewalk to save himself from being caught. Unfortunately, the vehicle was stopped a few meters stuck in a traffic jam.
