Policeman dies in accident in Douala

Amang Elie, a uniform man, about 40years old died on Friday night, 17th October 2014 in a Village near Douala from an accident around Texaco Aéroport.

According to family sources, he was a senior police officer on duty in Edéa. The same revealed that he returned from Edéa and dropped his bag at home in Bépanda. He then boarded a motorcycle to patrol the Village. At Texaco Aéroport, a truck hit them". Elie Amang was seriously injured.

He was transported to the Laquintinie hospital, where his injuries were being treated before he passed away. Nothing was heard of the moto-taxi driver and the other passenger.
