Reports from the nation’s political capital, Yaoundé states that the former tax director and minister, Polycarpe Abah Abah will appear in court on the 19th of January 2015 for his third trial.
Mr. Tax collector who was also a party to the embezzlement case that involved Franco-Cameroonian Barrister Lydien Yen Eyoum will also be handed the verdict of his second trial on Tuesday January the 13th.
The Abah Abah third corruption allegation, according to CPDM sources dates as far back as the time he was at the Ministry of Finance and is linked to the “counterfeit fiscal stamps affair”.
The whole concept of establishing a Biya Special Criminal Court is counterproductive to the nation and is making a mockery of the Cameroon judicial system.
