President Biya holds talks with Hollande, Harper

The day started, November, 30 on a busy note for President Paul Biya who as early as 11 :30 am shortly before the start of deliberations on day two of the OIF Summit had two separate discussions with the French President, François Hollande and Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper.

The two talks were organized at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Centre.


The first which lasted 45 minutes was with the French leader, who was accompanied by his Foreign Minister, Laurent Fabius and Chief of Presidential Defense Staff, Benoît Puga. The second discussion with Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, went for about 30 minutes.

The content of the discussions was not revealed to media men, but the Head of State was accompanied by the Minister of External Relations, Pierre Moukoko Mbonjo, the Director of Civil cabinet, Martin Belinga Eboutou and Cameroon’s Ambassador to France, Lejeune Mbella Mbella.
